FHP Manufacturing (Florida Heat Pump) announced today the newly released line of two stage series ES super high efficiency, environmentally friendly geothermal heat pumps.

“This new line of geothermal heat pumps achieves EER’s up to 25.3 and COP’s up to 5.3 and are ARI\ISO certified at ISO Standard 13256-1”, states Brad J. Grahl, Vice President of Engineering at FHP. “Utilizing Emerson Climate Technologies’ Copeland Scroll UltraTech compressors, Flow Controls thermostatic expansion valves and dryers and offering Emerson’s Comfort AlertTM diagnostics module as an optional feature, has made it possible for FHP to produce a very efficient, extremely quiet and environmentally friendly product line in a competitively priced compact package”.

The ES line will be offered in 3, 4, and 5 ton models and will be expanded to 6 tons in the near future. All models will utilize Copeland Scroll UltraTech compressors in conjunction with environmentally friendly, R-410A refrigerant.

FHP adds thier two ton ES025 two stage ‘Envirosaver’ series using refrigerant R-410A and an ECM motor. The unit has one of the highest efficiency ratings in the industry.

FHP becomes the first water source manufacturer to offer a complete line of water source heat pumps with environmentally friendly R-410A refrigerant.

Unit Protection Module (UPM) to be standard on all FHP units. Solid state control for units assures protection for the unit. Fault indication for system diagnosis.

All FHP units meet or exceed ASHRAE 90.1, Energy Standard for Buildings. With the enhancement to the EM012 unit, all FHP units now comply with the requirements of this standard.
